Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service govern the use of KusaSaka! (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration for the Service is completed by providing an email address and password. Registration using false information is prohibited.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Harassment or nuisance toward other users
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or tampering
• Acts that place excessive load on the Service
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

Fees for paid plans are as listed on the relevant pricing page. Payments are processed through Stripe. After the free trial period ends, the plan will automatically transition to a paid plan.

Article 5 (Cancellation)

Users may cancel at any time. After cancellation, the Service may be used until the end of the contract period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Article 6 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The operator may change or suspend the Service without prior notice. The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service does not guarantee the completeness or availability of data. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
